All services follow our systematic methodology and approach that have been proven it's capability in many successful projects.

Audit

idM Audit is a fast and systematic way to screen and evaluate a specific element in IdM – how it fulfills given requirements and needs. Requirements, internal and/or external, can be drawn from business, security and compliance point of view.

Audit can be utilized along with vision definition project or when existing identity management strategy needs external professional opinion. Good examples of other audit projects are:
  • IdM program audit
  • Existing IdM processes and system architecture
  • Compliance audit
  • Project or system proposal audit before final decision
  • IdM system requirements definition
Pre-study

Our pre-study is an unbeatable way to form sufficient understanding of your IdM program's as-is state. One of it's main purposes is to form good preconditions for decision making regarding the development program.

As-is state definition is supported by major IdM stakeholder requirements to form high-level future scenarios that are aligned with thje business needs. DISE approach ensures that all originated documentation and knowledge can be utilized during later stages of the program.

Benchmark

Great method for assessing business operations is a systematic comparison with other organizations - a benchmark. It makes goal setting easier and allows projected investments to be measured also in regards to peers and competition.

If you want to understand how your organization manage in IdM development, you should take part in our annual IdM Benchmarking study. The survey offers information on maturity levels of other organizations regarding IdM strategy, systems, processes, personnel and more. It is also possible to conduct the survey separately whenever it is suitable to you.
If you would like more information or to take part in the survey, please contact us at info(at)digital-identity.com.

Vision

DISE vision assists when IdM project needs clear direction reflecting the knowledge and the state of the organizations operational environment. Main things to consider are the core internal drivers of the IdM process, the development of external requirements and the competition. It is especially important to define the vision when identity management is seen as an important business process enabler and threfore an crucial element of the future system architecture. DISE vision is a compact way to clarify your vision with the help of capable experts.

Business case

When in need to make a cost-benefit analysis of your IdM investments, the solution is DISE business case. With our model, we can quickly verify the financial result and show sources for both cost and benefits. The model places existing internal and external expenses against selected future scenarios. The cost-benefit analysis combined with target level simulations is helpful when communicating the initiative to management while gaining support for decision making in general.

Roadmap

Comprehensive roadmap is one of the most central elements of a successful IdM program. The purpose of a roadmap is to split the whole IdM program into conveniently sized sub-projects.  By prioritizing those sub-projects we make sure that the program is in line with strategic targets and quick wins can be achieved. With a roadmap we can emphasize the client's business requirements each time - for example, the cost savings or risk control during the program. Roadmap is flexible. It supports possible changes in strategy and/or business operations and should be assessed at regular intervals.
